" We had lunch here on Easter Sunday and absolutely recommend it! I had the Sando and is so delicious you can’t get enough. The ambience is great and the service super professional and relaxed. Even though they looked super busy, our waitress Chloe saw us hesitating to come in and wave at us, and prepared a table with an umbrella just in case it started raining as we were with our doggie Leia (Chloe you are a star!). "We dined at The Dishery on Saturday evening. Absolutely everything was flawless, the food was so mouthwatering, fresh and seasonal. I particularly enjoyed the Bloody Mary Salad Pork Belly and oh also The Strawberry Meringue Shortcake which the chef made into a birthday cake for my friends 40th! Really friendly staff and great atmosphere. The location near to the beautiful Arrowtown river is so relaxing with great sunshade, and next time I want to come try the brunch menu and bring the kids as it has a dedicated play area."

"After arriving in Arrowtown on a hot afternoon - hankered from the drive down from Christchurch - I was met by the most quant yet modern establishment in Arrowtown! After getting a pint of the local IPA recommended to me by the staff - I asked the chef for a recommendation. He wore an eye patch and told me he was a pirate! I said fish and he served me the most beautiful gurnard dish. With house made creamed corn and a nectarine salad, the flavours were sublime. On the side he gave me local greens and perfectly cooked fries. The Dishery is by far my favourite location in Arrowtown, and I will be returning - especially for the pirate and his wonderful cuisine!"
